She is a certified massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. After receiving her bachelors degree in Kinesiology from SDSU she went on to complete a massage therapy program. She specializes in a form of bodywork called Structural Integration, which focuses on manipulating the connective tissue, called fascia, throughout the body in order to improve posture and alleviate pain. Her vast knowledge in anatomy along with her training in Structural Integration is what sets her apart from others in her field. Deep tissue, sports massage and cupping therapy are also in her realm of practice. Treating the body holistically and finding the root cause of pain are key factors in Jessica's approach to bodywork. Her work can help those suffering with chronic pain, athletes looking to improve performance or anyone seeking to improve their overall health.
Jessica built her entire business by utilizing Instagram to market herself and she has become passionate about helping other therapists do the same. She put consistent, valuable information online for years on Instagram and as her audience grew the demand for more content did as well. So, during the Pandemic when she was stuck at home she launched her first online membership. That membership has grown to over 400 members from all around the world. That led to the creation of her first online course: Instagram 101 for Massage Therapists which has successfully helped over 140 students. Learning the strategy behind Instagram is half the battle, and she breaks it down into easy to understand concepts to get the ball rolling.
